Store Policies

Roxie's Studio offers the following Returns Policy:  

Roxie Studio's does not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.  Customers that return a purchase within 30 days of purchase in "like new" condition, will receive a store credit in equal amount to the original purchase.  Exchanges will be made on an individual basis wherein you must contact roxie@roxiestudio.com or call 413-625-2253 with such request.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Products received damaged are fully insured through UPS and will be replaced once claim has been filed and reimbursement received by Roxie Studios.
